Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize both paid and organic marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO, and lead generation strategies, preferably within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Independently manage end-to-end paid campaigns including keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, and A/B testing
Drive high-quality lead generation while maintaining cost efficiency (CPL targets)
Monitor campaign performance, identify gaps, and implement optimization strategies to improve ROI
Conduct keyword research and execute SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility and traffic
Optimize website pages, landing pages, and blog content for on-page SEO best practices
Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve issues
Manage off-page SEO activities including backlink building and local SEO optimization
Implement and manage tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels, and analytics platforms
Analyze data using Google Analytics and Google Search Console to derive actionable insights
Track keyword rankings, campaign performance, and organic growth metrics
Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates and user experience
Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth and scaling opportunities
Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and campaigns
Support CRM integration and ensure smooth lead flow and tracking
Prepare and present detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (Real Estate Industry)
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and SEO tools
Proven understanding of lead generation and performance marketing strategies
Knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
Good written communication skills for ad copy and content creation
Experience in the real estate or property marketing industry is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management workflows
Experience with landing page optimization and conversion improvement
