Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager role at SBH Group of Hospital is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. The person in this role will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to build the hospital group’s brand, drive patient engagement, and support service-line growth. Daily responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to promote key services, health camps, and patient education initiatives. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee lead generation activities, manage the hospital websites and online listings, and use web analytics tools to measure and improve campaign effectiveness. This role also involves managing digital advertising budgets, collaborating with external vendors when needed, and ensuring brand consistency and compliance with healthcare communication guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong digital marketing expertise, including experience with Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies, ideally in healthcare or service-oriented industries.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing across major platforms, with the ability to plan content calendars, engage audiences, and manage online reputation.
- Hands-on experience with Lead Generation tactics and tools to drive inquiries, appointments, and patient registrations.
- Working knowledge of Web Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or similar platforms) to track performance, generate reports, and optimize campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate medical services into clear, patient-friendly messaging.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, basic design tools (e.g., Canva or similar), and campaign budget management is highly beneficial.
