Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager, located in Gurugram. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the development and implementation of innovative digital marketing strategies to grow online presence and engagement. Daily responsibilities include managing social media campaigns, optimizing SEO and SEM strategies, crafting impactful email marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to guide data-driven decision-making. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and SEO/SEM Management skills
- Experience in developing and executing Email Marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in Data Analytics, Google Analytics, and campaign performance tracking
- Content Creation and Creative Writing skills to develop engaging marketing materials
- Strong project management and collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus
- Familiarity with AI and telecommunication software industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications like Google Ads or HubSpot are a bonus
- Proven ability to lead digital strategies for growth and customer engagement
