Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Bandra, Mumbai for a Digital Marketing Manager. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, analyzing web data, and generating leads to drive enrollment. Daily tasks include campaign creation, performance tracking, content planning, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure branding consistency and achievement of business goals.
Key Responsibilities
-Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive admissions and lead generation.
-Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
-Conduct keyword research and local demand analysis to improve campaign performance.
-Develope and execute social media strategies to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
-Oversee creation of posts, reels, and video content aligned with brand guidelines.
-Implement innovative content formats to increase reach and audience interaction.
- Analytics, Reporting & Insights
-Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
-Analyze user behavior and conversion metrics to refine marketing strategies.
-Present performance reports to management for data-driven decision-making.
- SEO & Website Optimization
-Conduct website audits and provide actionable inputs to improve SEO and user experience.
-Optimize on-page content, keywords, and technical elements to enhance search rankings.
-Collaborate with developers to implement website improvements.
- CRM & School App Management
-Manage CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
-Provide inputs and support for school app functionality to improve parent communication and user experience.
-Ensure accurate data flow between marketing platforms and CRM.
- Team Coordination & Training
-Coordinate with centre teams for media collection, campaign execution, and local marketing initiatives.
-Traine staff on marketing tools, CRM usage, and digital best practices.
-Improve workflow efficiency through clear communication and structured processes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Marketing
- Expertise in Lead Generation and Web Analytics
- Proficiency in crafting data-driven strategies to achieve business objectives
- Experience in managing multi-platform digital campaigns
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience in the education sector or relevant industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
