Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising, lead generation, brand campaigns, and influencer marketing

• Design, build, and maintain our digital presence across all channels

• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data-driven insights

• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing

• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

• Manage and optimize marketing automation tools and CRM integrations

• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 3–5 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role

• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing tools

• Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot)

• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp HubSpot, Canva, etc.)

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills

• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing

• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
