Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role:
Right Solutions is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with a strong background in Gurugram’s luxury real estate market. The candidate should have hands-on experience managing digital campaigns, generating high-quality leads, and optimizing marketing performance for premium residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Generate and manage qualified real estate leads for luxury residential projects.
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lower CPL.
- Manage landing pages, lead funnels, and CRM integrations to improve lead conversion.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor competitor campaigns and market trends in the Gurugram luxury real estate segment.
- Work on retargeting strategies, audience segmentation, and automation tools.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5–10 years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
- Mandatory 4–5 years of experience in real estate marketing.
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, campaign optimization, and analytics tools.
- Experience marketing luxury real estate projects in Gurugram.
- Familiarity with projects by developers such as Central Park, Experion, M3M, Sobha, Whiteland, Adani, Elan, Trevoc, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to scale campaigns and manage budgets effectively.
Preferred Candidate:
- Prior experience working with real estate brokerage firms or developers in Gurugram.
- Understanding of luxury housing buyer profiles and digital lead conversion strategies.
