Role Description
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. We are looking for a creative and results-driven professional to lead our digital growth. This role involves planning, developing, and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. The individual will oversee social media campaigns, monitor web analytics for performance insights, and implement effective digital marketing measures to align with the company’s objectives and growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Manage paid campaigns including Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Lead SEO initiatives for both on-page and off-page optimization.
- Handle Social Media Growth across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create content strategies for reels, creatives, blogs, and landing pages.
- Analyze performance and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure a high ROI.
- Work closely with design, sales, and content teams.
- Lead and mentor the internal marketing team.
- Monitor web analytics to track performance and optimize user journeys.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Strong Social Media Marketing experience (Very Important).
- Expertise in Instagram growth and reels strategy.
- Proficiency in Performance Marketing (Meta Ads and Google Ads).
- Comprehensive SEO knowledge and implementation skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Deep understanding of content and sales funnel strategies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies for business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing are preferred.
- Experience in the real estate or interior design industry is a plus.
- Proven ability to produce results in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
