Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Delhi, India. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media marketing efforts, leading marketing initiatives, driving lead generation campaigns, analyzing web traffic using analytics tools, and ensuring the hypermarket's online presence aligns with business goals. Collaboration with team members and other departments to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement will also be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Experience in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to develop, implement, and analyze effective marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation to craft strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Strong understanding of Marketing principles to identify industry trends and create impactful campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Knowledge of retail and consumer goods markets is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms is an advantage.
