Role Description
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing initiatives from ideation to execution to scale.
This is not a traditional role.
You will operate like a growth leader for the company, working closely with the Founders and Core Team, owning:
- Lead generation & revenue contribution
- Growth & GTM strategy
- Brand positioning
- Performance marketing
- Team building & management
- Data & analytics
Key Responsibilities1. Growth Ownership & Revenue Impact- Own marketing-driven revenue and lead generation targets
- Drive CAC, ROI, and conversion optimization
- Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize continuously
2. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Launch (0 → 1)- Identify market opportunities, trends, and audience behavior
- Define ICP (Ideal Customer Persona) and user journeys
- Build and execute multi-channel marketing strategies
- Launch new campaigns, products, and initiatives from scratch
3. Performance Marketing & GTM Execution- Own and manage channels like:
- Paid Ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
- SEO & organic growth
- Email & WhatsApp marketing
- Work closely with:
- Sales team for lead conversion
- Content & design teams for creatives
- Optimize funnels:
- Awareness → Consideration → Conversion
4. Content & Brand Strategy- Drive content strategy aligned with business goals
- Ensure strong brand positioning across platforms
- Oversee:
- Social media presence
- Website content
- Campaign creatives
- Maintain consistency in messaging and tone
5. Operations & Execution- Ensure timely execution of all campaigns and deliverables
- Manage marketing calendars and launches
- Identify and solve execution bottlenecks
- Build scalable marketing processes
Who We’re Looking ForMust-Have:
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of performance marketing & growth strategies
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
- High ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in tools like:
- Google Ads, Meta Ads
- Google Analytics
- MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Understanding of AI marketing tools
Good to Have:
- Experience in startups or fast-paced environments
- Exposure to EdTech / B2C growth marketing
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and CRM systems
- Experience in branding and content strategy
