We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who is currently managing live Meta and Google ad accounts, has strong performance marketing expertise, and can lead teams, strategy, and execution effectively.
Key Skills (Must-Have) (Apply Only if you are from PUNE)
- Performance marketing with a strong ROI focus
- Hands-on expertise in Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads (Meta Ads)
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance campaigns)
- Content creation and creative strategy (reels, ad creatives, hooks, messaging)
- Strong understanding of website development, landing pages, UX, and conversion flow
- Analytics, reporting, and data interpretation
- Experience in team handling with a strong focus on task delegation, performance monitoring, and driving team productivity.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates
- Working knowledge of AI tools for marketing, automation, and productivity
- Budget planning, bidding strategies, media buying, and ROI tracking
- Good English communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across Meta, Google, and other paid platforms
- Actively monitor, optimize, and scale live performance marketing campaigns
- Drive high-quality lead generation and measurable growth for client accounts and do client co-ordination.
- Guide content writers, designers, and video editors to create high-converting creatives
- Oversee website and landing page strategies to improve conversion rates
- Analyze campaign performance, budgets, bidding strategies, and ROI on a regular basis
- Stay updated with social media trends, AI tools, and new advertising formats
- Manage, mentor, and scale the digital marketing team
- Ensure smooth coordination between strategy, execution, and reporting
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
- Deep understanding of analytics tools and performance metrics
- Excellent knowledge of media buying, budget planning, and optimization
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution skills
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is mandatory
Qualifications and Experience
- Total experience should be 4+ years, and a minimum of 2 years of team management experience is required.
- Experience: 3-4 years in digital marketing (preferably in a digital marketing agency)
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with knowledge of the marketing industry
Salary Range
INR 500,000 to INR 700,000 per annum (based on experience and expertise)
