We're looking for a sharp, strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead that charge from the inside.
The Role
You'll own the digital marketing function end-to-end — building strategies, running campaigns, and driving results across the full funnel. This isn't a coordination role. You'll be a hands-on leader who thinks in systems, moves fast, and uses data (and AI) to stay ahead.
Required Qualification
- MBA in Marketing in relevant field
- 3-5 Years Experience in Digital Marketing
What You'll Do
Campaign Strategy & Demand Generation
- Architect and execute integrated digital campaigns across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention
- Lead always-on social media presence alongside high-impact campaign bursts
- Drive demand generation across paid, organic, and owned channels
Search & Brand Discoverability
- Own SEO/GEO strategy and search visibility across platforms
- Use content marketing to grow organic reach and authority
- Monitor keyword trends and content performance continuously
Analytics & ROI
- Track campaign, funnel, and sales performance metrics end-to-end
- Build dashboards and deliver actionable insights that inform decisions
- Conduct ROI analysis and translate numbers into next steps
AI-Led Marketing
- Integrate AI tools into campaign planning, content creation, and optimization workflows
- Use Generative AI to scale content production — copy, creatives, and video
- Stay ahead of emerging AI capabilities and pilot high-potential applications for the business
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Align with brand, regional, and agency teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
