Point Perfect Technology Solutions (PPTS) is looking for a strategic and execution-driven Digital Marketing Leader to drive global demand generation, GTM strategy, and pipeline growth across our SaaS, IT Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity solutions.
This is a high-impact leadership role with direct visibility to business leadership and strong ownership of revenue-aligned marketing outcomes.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
SaaS Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
• Own end-to-end MQL → SQL pipeline strategy
• Build acquisition funnels across SEO, PPC, LinkedIn & email
• Execute intent-based marketing & Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
• Drive Product-Led Growth initiatives (trials, demos, freemium)
• Optimize landing pages, remarketing & retargeting campaigns
Go-To-Market Strategy
• Lead GTM execution for SaaS, IT Infra & Cybersecurity offerings
• Define ICPs, buyer personas & global targeting strategy
• Execute omnichannel campaigns aligned with revenue goals
Marketing Automation & CRM
• Manage platforms like Zoho / HubSpot
• Implement lifecycle workflows & lead scoring models
• Align marketing pipeline with sales funnel performance
Performance Marketing & Analytics
• Own Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads ROI performance
• Track CPL, CAC, pipeline contribution & funnel conversion metrics
• Present dashboards and insights to leadership
SEO, Content & Organic Growth
• Drive technical & programmatic SEO strategy
• Build authority through blogs, case studies & whitepapers
• Optimize discovery across AI search & intent-led journeys
Team Leadership
• Lead and scale a high-performance digital marketing team
• Define KPIs and campaign execution timelines
• Build a data-driven marketing culture
Client-Facing Marketing Projects
• Manage delivery of digital campaigns for global clients
• Collaborate with sales, delivery & leadership teams
🔹 Required Expertise
✔ 10–13 years in Digital Marketing (B2B SaaS preferred)
✔ Experience in IT Services / SaaS / Cybersecurity marketing
✔ Strong exposure to ABM, PLG & performance funnels
✔ Hands-on with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO & automation tools
✔ Experience managing global campaigns (US, UK, Australia, Middle East preferred)
✔ Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills
