Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager role based in Mumbai. The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across multiple online channels. Responsibilities include managing social media presence, planning and running paid campaigns, optimizing website and landing pages, and overseeing email marketing initiatives. The role involves monitoring web analytics and campaign performance, preparing regular reports, and making data-driven recommendations to improve results. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales, leadership, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience planning and executing integrated online campaigns.
- Hands-on skills in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and paid social campaigns.
- Proven ability in Lead Generation through digital channels, including performance marketing and conversion optimization.
- Experience with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
- Experience in real estate, proptech, or related industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
