Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute ORM strategies to enhance brand reputation
Monitor online reviews, social media conversations, and customer sentiment
Handle crisis management, escalations, and response planning
Ensure brand tone and communication quality across platforms
Analyze ORM performance metrics and prepare detailed reports
Lead, mentor, and manage the ORM team effectively
Conduct training sessions and workshops for team improvement
Coordinate with marketing, digital, and customer service teams
Requirements
8+ years of experience in Online Reputation Management or Digital Marketing
Strong understanding of crisis management and sentiment analysis
Experience with ORM tools like Brandwatch, Hootsuite, or Google Alerts
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
Certifications in Digital Marketing or Crisis Management are a plus
