About The Job
As a Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. Your role involves managing multiple online channels, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring effective campaign execution aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid ads)
- Plan and execute campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Monitor website performance and improve user experience and conversion rates
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare reports
- Manage social media platforms and content strategy to boost engagement
- Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams for campaign execution
- Optimize SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven campaign performance
Job Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and performance marketing
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation
- Creative thinking and data-driven decision-making
