Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Patna for a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing social media campaigns, generating leads, monitoring and analyzing web traffic, optimizing marketing strategies through analytics, and collaborating with teams to align digital efforts with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, website performance, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Strong knowledge of Graphic Designing, Video editing, cinematographic editing, canvas, photoshop and others
- Oversee content planning and execution for social media, website, blogs, email marketing, and advertisements.
- Monitor daily performance of digital campaigns and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
- Generate and analyse reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Coordinate with creative, admissions/sales, and CRM teams to ensure lead quality and follow-ups.
- Manage online reputation, reviews, and brand presence across digital platforms.
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Manage and guide digital marketing executives or agency partners.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Creative thinking with data-driven decision making
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
- Master’s degree or professional certification in Digital Marketing preferred
Experience Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing
- Minimum 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Experience in education sector / service industry will be an added advantage
