Position: Digital Marketing Manager – Product Marketing
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing activities focused on product promotion, brand visibility, lead generation, and online sales growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, coordinating with design and sales teams, and improving product presence across online platforms.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote products and increase brand awareness.
- Plan and execute online campaigns aligned with business goals and product launches.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to optimize campaigns.
Product Marketing
- Create product-focused marketing campaigns for new and existing products.
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with product development and sales teams to understand product features and customer requirements.
- Prepare product presentations, brochures, banners, and digital promotional materials.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow company presence on social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, product videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Respond to customer inquiries and improve audience engagement.
Performance Marketing
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize ad performance to improve ROI, lead generation, and conversions.
- Track campaign budgets and prepare performance reports.
Website & SEO
- Manage website content updates and product listings.
- Improve website traffic through SEO strategies and keyword optimization.
- Coordinate with developers for website improvements and landing page creation.
Content Creation
- Create marketing content including product descriptions, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creatives and product videos.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing and product marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
- Experience in product promotions, branding, and campaign management.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
