Role OverviewWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy. The role involves driving brand awareness, lead generation, and student enrollments through effective digital campaigns and growth strategies.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in performance marketing, content strategy, and analytics, with the ability to manage multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive growth.
- Identify target audiences and design campaigns to increase brand visibility and conversions.
2. Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI.
3. Social Media & Content Marketing
- Oversee social media presence across platforms.
- Plan and execute content strategies including videos, blogs, reels, and campaigns.
4. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
- Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads for mentorship and academic programs.
- Optimize landing pages, marketing funnels, and conversion processes.
5. SEO & Website Optimization
- Improve organic traffic through SEO strategies.
- Coordinate with developers and designers to enhance website performance.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze marketing metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and marketing dashboards.
- Provide insights and reports to leadership on campaign performance and growth.
7. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing.
- Proven experience in performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in EdTech or education industry marketing.
- Strong understanding of student acquisition funnels.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
