Job Description: Digital Marketing Team Manager

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly capable Digital Marketing Team Manager to bridge the gap between creative marketing strategy and operational execution. The ideal candidate will manage team workflows and CRM systems while overseeing digital infrastructure, including vendor coordination, SEO strategy, and process optimization. This role requires a blend of strong leadership, financial oversight, and a strategic mindset to drive digital growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Team & CRM Leadership
- Team Oversight: Lead and mentor the digital team, providing daily/weekly guidance on task prioritization and performance tracking.
- CRM Management: Manage end-to-end CRM operations, including lead distribution, agent/dealer sheet maintenance, and C-SAT tracking.
- Performance Reporting: Generate and analyze weekly/monthly reports on lead conversion, team productivity, and campaign ROI.
Digital Marketing & Creative Strategy
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, including WhatsApp/Email initiatives, social media calendars, and event-based activations.
- Ad Copy & Creative: Develop and manage ad copy and creatives across major territories (e.g., Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Pune).
- Customer Engagement: Manage digital reputation and communication, including Google Reviews and social media response management.
Digital Infrastructure & SEO
- SEO & GMB Management: Oversee SEO strategies in collaboration with internal teams and external partners; manage 400+ GMB profiles, ensuring consistent updates and local engagement.
- Vendor Coordination: Work closely with website maintenance partners to ensure all online platforms are updated and functioning correctly.
- Process Optimization: Streamline team workflows and data management to ensure operational efficiency and smooth e-warranty processing.
Administrative & Financial Oversight
- Vendor & Expense Management: Oversee recurring invoices, including ad platforms (Facebook, Google), SEO/Content agencies, SaaS tools (Canva, Freepik), and hosting/maintenance providers.
- Product Updates: Ensure regular communication and documentation updates regarding schemes, offers, and product launches across all digital channels.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Experience: 3–4 years of proven track record in digital operations management, preferably in a fast-paced B2B or hospitality environment.
- Strategic Mindset: Capability to translate business goals into actionable digital strategies.
- Management Skills: Strong ability to delegate, track, and optimize team workflows.
- Digital Literacy: Proficiency in CRM systems, GA4, and digital marketing reporting tools.
