🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact campaigns across paid ads, organic channels, and SEO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on lead generation, scaling campaigns, and managing a team.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
📈 Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Drive high-quality leads and reduce CPL
- Build and scale funnels for interior design services
📱 Social Media & Brand Growth
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & emerging platforms
- Increase engagement, reach, and brand recall
- Execute viral & trend-based campaigns
✍️ Content Strategy & Execution
- Oversee content creation (reels, posts, ad creatives, blogs)
- Align content with brand voice and lead-generation goals
🔍 SEO & Organic Growth
- Manage on-page, off-page & technical SEO
- Improve keyword rankings and organic traffic
- Work on local SEO & location-based landing pages
👥 Team Management
- Lead and manage designers, ad specialists, and content creators
- Set KPIs, track performance, and ensure accountability
✅ Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong expertise in Paid Ads + Lead Generation (must-have)
- Experience in managing a team
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and CRM integrations
- Bonus: Experience in real estate / interiors / high-ticket services
