About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and translating business needs into technical solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting the implementation of new systems and workflows. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software such as MS Visio, JIRA, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMP are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives.
- Document current business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide the development team.
- Assist in the design and testing of new systems, ensuring they meet business needs and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure project alignment.
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and status reporting to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide ongoing support during the implementation phase and assist with user training and documentation.
- Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and suggest improvements for continuous enhancement.
