Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager will own the full-funnel digital growth charter for HerKey across paid, organic, and partnership channels. This role requires a performance-driven marketer who can scale acquisition efficiently while continuously improving CAC. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, creative, and deeply familiar with fast-paced consumer internet environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Performance Marketing
Own and scale paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and emerging ad platforms.
Build, optimize, and monitor campaigns for CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and funnel efficiency.
Ensure cost-effective acquisition while maintaining reach, quality of users, and TOFU metrics.
Run experiments across audience cohorts, landing pages, creative formats, bidding strategies, and remarketing funnels.
2. Top-of-Funnel Growth & CAC Efficiency
Achieve weekly/monthly TOFU KPIs (registrations / signups).
Build predictive models for conversion and CAC forecasting.
Identify channel mix opportunities, expand into new platforms, and improve funnel velocity.
3. Creative Collaboration & Ad Innovation
Partner closely with the Creative/Content team to:
Conceptualize new ad formats
Produce high-performing creatives (video, static, UGC, reels)
Build a creative experimentation roadmap
Maintain a strong pipeline of fresh creatives to avoid ad fatigue and scale winning variants.
4. Organic Growth & SEO
Own SEO roadmap: site audits, keyword strategy, backlinking, page optimization, and content alignment.
Improve organic traffic, rankings, and visibility for high-intent keywords across HerKey offerings.
Work with content teams to build SEO-first articles, landing pages, and community content.
5. Growth Partnerships
Identify and onboard paid partnerships (affiliate networks, digital publishers, women-focused communities, media networks, influencers).
Set clear KPIs and manage partner performance, billing, and ROI.
Expand reach through co-branded campaigns, media buys, and partner distribution.
Additional Responsibilities
Build dashboards for ROI tracking, campaign diagnostics, and cohort analysis.
Manage digital marketing budgets monthly and quarterly.
Collaborate with cross functional teams on integrated campaigns.
Stay updated with platform changes, industry best practices, and innovation opportunities.
Lead a small team of specialists (performance, SEO, social media).
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5+ in performance roles.
- Proven experience managing multi-crore monthly budgets across Google and Meta.
- Deep understanding of funnel metrics, attribution, analytics, and experimentation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, Looker/Data Studio, Hubspot/CRM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Experience running lead-gen and conversion-focused campaigns at scale.
- Solid analytical thinking, ability to derive insights, and present data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in EdTech, Career Platforms, Community Platforms, or Women-focused brands.
Prior experience acquiring and engaging large-scale B2C user funnels.
Experience working with creative agencies or in-house creative pods.
Exposure to affiliate marketing or publisher partnerships.
