Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Mumbai/ Bangalore. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Key tasks include managing social media campaigns, overseeing lead generation activities, analyzing web traffic and performance metrics, and optimizing digital campaigns to achieve greater engagement and ROI. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing with experience in creating and managing campaigns across various platforms
- Expertise in Lead Generation and strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing
- Experience in using Web Analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions
- Effective project management, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with the financial services industry is a plus
