Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in North Guwahati. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media platforms, coordinating content creation, running paid and organic campaigns, and monitoring performance across digital channels. The Digital Marketing Manager will analyze web and campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align digital initiatives with broader marketing and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience developing and implementing integrated digital strategies.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and campaign optimization.
- Experience in Lead Generation, with the ability to design and manage campaigns that convert prospects into qualified leads.
- Knowledge of Web Analytics tools and techniques to track, interpret, and report on digital performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Capability to work on-site in Guwahati, collaborating effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or hospital-based marketing is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with deadlines and multiple priorities.
