Performance Marketing Manager – GIGABOX
About GIGABOX:
GIGABOX is a 60-minute delivery-led omnichannel retail platform for general merchandise, seamlessly bridging online and offline shopping to deliver a unified "App Bhi, Store Bhi" customer experience. We operate category-dedicated branded stores—spanning Kitchen, Sports, Toys, Bags, Gift, Electronics, Cosmetics, Home Decor, and more —that are fully integrated with our iOS and Android apps.
Our core USPs include 80-90% product assortment availability, a true touch-and-feel in-store experience, and fast local delivery within 60 minutes. Within 6 months of launch, we achieved over 5+ crores in cumulative revenue, attaining both store-level and company-level profitability. We currently operate two large-format stores in Jodhpur, Rajasthan: The GIGABOX Kitchen Store (4500+ sq. ft.) and GIGABOX Sports Store (4000+ sq. ft.), both launched-on 10th Nov 2025. We are actively expanding with two additional Jodhpur stores for Toys and Bags, scheduled to launch on 14th September 2026. Backed by ₹7 crores raised across two funding rounds in our first year, our current ARR is ₹12 crore and is projected to reach ₹25 crore post-expansion. Our overarching vision is to build India's No. 1 general merchandise platform across the top 50 cities by launching 600 stores over the next 5-8 years.

Role Overview
- GIGABOX is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager who can help scale the online side of the business across app, website, and marketplaces.
- This is not a corporate management role. We are looking for someone who can execute fast, experiment aggressively, understand customer behaviour, and drive measurable growth.
- The ideal candidate should have experience working with D2C, e-commerce, retail, or start-up brands and must be strong in customer acquisition, Meta ads, conversion optimization, and growth marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive online customer acquisition through Meta, Google, and YouTube ads
- Increase app installs, online orders, repeat purchases, and customer retention
- Scale online sales while maintaining efficient CAC and ROAS
- Build growth strategies to attract customers currently buying from Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Meesho, and other platforms
- Plan, launch, and optimize daily performance campaigns
- Handle Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads hands-on
- Run A/B testing on creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages
- Build retargeting, lookalike, and retention campaigns
- Track and improve KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, retention, and customer lifetime value
- Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and cataloguing teams
- Guide ad creatives, hooks, offers, and communication strategy
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Good understanding of e-commerce and D2C customer behaviour
- Knowledge of conversion funnels, attribution, retargeting, and analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of creatives, performance copy, and growth strategy
- Ability to work in a fast-moving start-up environment
Preferred Background
- 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Experience with D2C, retail, e-commerce, quick commerce, or start-up brands preferred
- Proven experience in scaling online sales and customer acquisition campaigns
- Experience managing performance campaigns with measurable business outcomes

Salary
