Digital Marketing Manager — eCommerce & Performance

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale Freshlynn's online presence across all digital channels. You will own our Meta Ads performance, content strategy, and brand growth — working directly with the founder to take India's first 4-in-1 Laundry Drops brand to the next level.


This is a high-impact, high-ownership role in a fast-growing D2C brand. If you love building brands from the ground up, obsess over ROAS, and want to be part of something truly first-of-its-kind in India — this role is for you.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS and cost per purchase

• Manage monthly ad budget of ₹5–15 lakhs across multiple campaigns

• Build and manage retargeting, lookalike, and conversion campaigns end-to-end

• Lead the content calendar — coordinating with designers and video editors for ad creatives

• Analyze Shopify sales data and Meta Ads Manager performance daily and take action

• Manage Google Ads, SEO, email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns

• Track key metrics: ROAS, CPM, CTR, cost per purchase, return rate, and net revenue

• Identify and fix funnel leaks — from ad impression to final purchase

• Build and manage a small in-house marketing team (designer, video editor, ads buyer)


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in D2C or eCommerce brands

• Proven track record of managing Meta Ads with ROAS above 3x

• Strong knowledge of Shopify analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics

• Experience managing monthly budgets of ₹3 lakhs or more

• Ability to write compelling ad copy and brief creative teams

• Data-driven mindset — you make decisions based on numbers, not guesses

• Self-starter who can work independently and take full ownership

• Bonus: Experience in FMCG, home care, or consumer goods brands


WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)
