Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive audience engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media campaigns, monitoring web analytics, creating marketing campaigns, and identifying opportunities for innovation in digital marketing channels. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and driving engagement across platforms
- Proficiency in Lead Generation strategies and tactics to grow audience and customer base
- Strong background in Digital Marketing and general Marketing initiatives
- Ability to analyze and interpret data using Web Analytics tools
- Strong communication, creative problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns for SaaS or technology companies is a plus
- Familiarity with customer support or CX platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce, or HubSpot is a bonus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
