Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing digital
marketing strategies across healthcare education, medical conferences, webinars, and HCP
engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business
goals.
• Build and strengthen eMedEvents’ visibility among physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and
healthcare professionals.
• Drive registrations for virtual and in-person medical conferences, CME/CE programs, and
webinars.
• Execute attendee acquisition campaigns using Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, social
media, and email marketing.
• Develop branding campaigns for sponsors, exhibitors, pharmaceutical companies,
hospitals, and medical associations.
• Manage and mentor digital marketing teams including SEO specialists, PPC managers,
content creators, and social media teams.
• Oversee performance marketing initiatives and optimize ROI, CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
• Lead SEO initiatives and implement AI-driven visibility strategies including LLM SEO and
GEO.
• Collaborate with content teams to create healthcare-focused educational content.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns, CRM segmentation, nurture funnels, and marketing
automation workflows.
• Monitor analytics using Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, CRM platforms, and
advertising dashboards.
• Work closely with operations, sales, and conference management teams for successful
event promotions.
• Build strategic partnerships with healthcare associations and medical societies.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or
related field.
• 8–12+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Minimum 4–5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in healthcare, healthcare education, medical conferences, EdTech, healthcare
SaaS, or pharmaceutical marketing preferred.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, SEM, PPC, CRM platforms, marketing
automation, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and social media marketing.
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Experience with AI marketing tools, LLM SEO, and GEO strategies preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Advertising, or related digital
marketing certifications.
• Experience working with healthcare webinars, medical conferences, online learning
platforms, or CME/CE educational activities.
