Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Manager, based in Noida with the flexibility of partial remote work. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing social media marketing strategies, driving lead generation efforts, analyzing web metrics, and overseeing digital marketing campaigns. The individual will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing goals align with broader business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement in online engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Drive SEO strategy and execution (on-page, off-page, keywords, and performance tracking)
- Execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, engagement, and retention
- Manage and optimize CRM systems to track leads, funnels, conversions, and ROI
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable reports
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and platform changes
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in digital/media or performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms
- Working knowledge of SEO tools (Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Practical experience with CRM tools and lead management
- Strong analytical, communication, and execution skills
