Role Clarity | Digital Marketing Manager

Reporting To: Head – Marketing

Location: Jaipur

Role Definition

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead performance-driven digital initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and D2C revenue growth across digital platforms. This role is responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, website growth, SEO performance, and strategic digital initiatives aligned with the organization’s marketing roadmap.

The role demands strong analytical thinking, hands-on execution, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Key Deliverables

• Execution of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and SEO platforms
• Lead generation aligned with B2C and B2CH customer journeys
• Achievement of D2C revenue through website and app booking funnels
• Improvement in SEO rankings and organic visibility
• Growth in website traffic with optimized bounce rates
• Adherence to digital campaign calendar and communication rollouts
• Execution and tracking of strategic digital initiatives
• Weekly reporting on campaign ROI and CPL performance

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan and execute high-impact campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
• Monitor and optimize CPL, CTR, CAC, and conversion rates against defined benchmarks
• Conduct weekly performance reviews with agencies and internal stakeholders

2. D2C Digital Revenue Growth

• Drive online bookings through website and mobile app optimization (CTA, UX, funnels)
• Collaborate with IT and Operations to reduce drop-offs and improve conversion
• Align offers, packages, and upselling campaigns with seasonal and zonal priorities

3. Website & SEO Performance

• Improve organic visibility through on-page and off-page SEO strategies
• Drive keyword rankings, backlinking, and structured content optimization
• Track and optimize bounce rate, session-to-booking ratio, and keyword performance

4. Strategic Digital Projects

• Lead implementation of tools such as WhatsApp automation, CRM workflows, chatbots, and integrations
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with IT and technical teams
• Track progress through dashboards and ensure timely delivery

5. Digital Campaign & Communication Management

• Execute campaigns aligned with the quarterly marketing calendar
• Manage WhatsApp, SMS, and CRM-based re-engagement journeys
• Track campaign performance across reach, engagement, and conversions

Success Metrics

• Achievement of monthly lead generation targets
• CPL maintained within approved budgets (zone/channel-wise)
• Achievement of D2C revenue targets
• Growth in organic website traffic and keyword rankings
• Improvement in conversion rates and reduction in bounce rate
• Timely execution of strategic digital projects
• Adherence to campaign timelines, quality, and budget

Job Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, IT, or related fields with relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta, GA4, SEO)
• 4–7 years of experience in performance-driven digital marketing with strong B2C/D2C exposure
• Proven track record in driving leads, conversions, and revenue through digital channels
• Strong expertise in analytics, ROI optimization, SEO, and conversion rate improvement
• Experience in healthcare/diagnostics or regulated industries preferred
• High ownership mindset with strong execution capability
