We are seeking a highly skilled and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SEO, SMO, PPC, and project management, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, internal teams, and leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns while ensuring seamless collaboration across departments and maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SMO, market research, email campaign and PPC channels including Google ads, meta and amazon
- Conduct advanced keyword research (intent-based, local, and transactional) to drive targeted traffic and conversions
- Plan, create, and manage structured project roadmaps, ensuring clear timelines, deliverables, and ownership across teams
- Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams, including SEO, PPC, content, social media, and web development
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure result-oriented execution with a strong focus on ROI and KPIs
- Coordinate with SEO, content, and development teams to identify and resolve technical and strategic issues efficiently
- Provide regular performance updates, reports, and insights to clients and senior leadership, including the CEO
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal execution strategies
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm updates in digital marketing.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of SEO, SMO, content, email and PPC strategies and implementation
- Expertise in keyword research and search intent analysis
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with structured planning
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- A master’s degree (MBA in Marketing or equivalent) is a plus
Experience Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing
- Hands-on experience in SEO, SMO, PPC, and project management
- Proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering measurable results
Preferred Profile
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment
- Strong ability to manage both strategy and execution
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Ability to directly coordinate with leadership (CEO level) and provide strategic inputs
