Job Title: Digital Marketeer
Employment: Full Time Role

Compensation: INR 5 to 8 LPA
Job Location: Greater Kailash II, New Delhi
Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, conceptualize, and develop spend road map, vision for spend strategies according to the client’s brief by studying, and researching relevant information and materials, to achieve marketing targets and business goals.
- Strategise and develop campaigns, and campaign guidelines for clients, and translate that into high-quality engaging and relevant content.
- Create, track and report on brand insights traffics, engagement, shares, DM’s, conversion rates.
- Administer all company digital communications accounts ensuring up-to-date content, and relevant.
- Liaise with the designers to ensure creatives and graphics are on time, and is as per the creative direction, mood boards, and brand strategy.
- Facilitate client-company communication (respond to queries, get reviews, and organize chats and Q&A sessions.
- Create special social campaigns on occasions and as per client’s direction and executive, deliver, and measure the success of those campaigns.
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.).
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting to maximize ad performance.
- Design and test ad creatives in collaboration with the design/content team.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting strategies.
- Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.
- Implement A/B testing and performance experiments to improve results.
- Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on social platform algorithm changes, ad policies, and best practices.
- Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align paid campaigns with organic strategies, promotions, and business goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar tools.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong copywriting and creative brief skills for ads.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends in social media advertising and performance marketing.
