Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in paid media, SEO, social media, and lead generation, along with proven experience in managing teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead performance marketing initiatives across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media channels
• Drive lead generation, CPL optimization, and conversion improvement across campaigns
• Manage and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring performance-driven execution
• Oversee SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to improve organic rankings and traffic quality
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with sales, content, and design teams to ensure aligned marketing execution
• Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure ROI on campaigns
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or IT services environment
• Proven expertise in performance marketing, SEO, and social media management
• Strong experience in lead generation, funnel optimization, and campaign analytics
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing platforms
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and ROI
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with global clients or multi-market campaigns
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
