Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing plans, managing social media campaigns, driving lead generation efforts, and utilizing web analytics to inform marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing digital ad campaigns, optimizing customer acquisition funnels, and ensuring alignment between the brand's goals and marketing initiatives. The candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes and contribute to the scalability and profitability of projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation techniques to create impactful campaigns and drive customer engagement.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and general Marketing principles to execute and manage effective growth strategies.
- Experience in Web Analytics to measure campaign performance and improve marketing ROI using data-driven insights.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills to work within a remote team and align efforts with strategic objectives.
- Background in eCommerce, direct-to-consumer brands, or similar industries is a plus.
- Ability to execute, measure, and optimize marketing strategies with a focus on building long-term value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
