Job description
The primary purpose of this role is to develop and execute digital marketing initiatives that boost brand visibility, customer engagement, and conversions across online platforms. The role includes creating marketing strategies, managing campaigns, analysing performance metrics, staying updated on industry trends, and leading the digital marketing team to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement.
Primary:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company objectives and target audiences.
- Identify and segment target audiences to design digital campaigns that engage, nurture, and convert prospects into customers.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing activities across channels such as social media, SEO, Email Marketing, and Online Advertising.
- Track, analyse, and report campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies for improved ROI and achievement of KPIs.
- Oversee the development and optimization of digital content (website copy, blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, videos, and graphics) to increase engagement and drive traffic.
- Manage the organizations digital presence and growth across social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Develop, allocate, and manage digital marketing budgets to ensure resource efficiency and maximum return.
Secondary:
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Creative teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals.
- Support brand positioning and ensure consistency across digital touchpoints.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Evaluate new platforms, technologies, and strategies for potential adoption and business benefit.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree with 50%
Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaign management and performance improvement.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
