Digital Marketing Manager – Analytics, Website & Social

Role Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on, execution first Digital Marketing Manager who is an all-rounder across analytics, website management, and social media. This role is not for a coordinator or a pure strategist.
You will spend your time inside dashboards, CMS systems, social platforms, and analytics tools, reporting, analyzing, publishing, optimizing, and iterating. The ideal candidate has a strong analyst mindset, deep ownership of the website ecosystem, and is a hands-on social media executioner who understands data/numbers, algorithms, platform changes, and content performance at a granular level.
You are expected to own outcomes, move fast, solve problems independently, and get things done without waiting for agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analytics, Reporting & Insights
- Own end-to-end digital reporting across social, websites, and campaigns
- Hands-on with building and reporting dashboards using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, social media platform native analytics (LinkedIn, X, Meta, YouTube), Power BI, Pardot, and others
- Perform deep data analysis (traffic, engagement, conversions, attribution, funnels, cohorts)
- Translate numbers into clear, actionable insights that influence content, creative, UX, and campaign decisions
- Conduct A/B testing analysis (Pardot & website landing pages, creatives, formats, etc.)
- Track and explain what’s working, what’s not, and why, with recommendations
- Partner with leadership and stakeholders to support data backed decision-making
This role requires strong number crunching ability, comfort with data, dashboards, and an analyst’s curiosity for insights.
- Website Ownership
- Own the website as a performance and storytelling platform, not just a content repository
- Mandatory hands-on with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS, DAM, Assets for updating/creating website pages, updates, campaigns, content, events, landing pages, etc.
- Manage UX/UI optimization, site navigation, page performance, and conversion paths
- Create and optimize landing pages for campaigns, lead generation, and content downloads
- Use Google Analytics & Adobe Analytics to monitor user behavior, drop-offs, and conversion opportunities
- Collaborate with design, tech, and agency teams to continuously improve site experience
- Ensure website content aligns with SEO, GEO, and discoverability best practices
- Coding the entire HTML & CSS site from end to end.
Act as the single point owner for website hygiene, governance, performance and maintaining audit trail.
- Social Media Execution & Management
- Hands-on ownership of social media execution, with LinkedIn as the primary channel
- Plan, publish, optimize, and manage organic and paid content directly on platforms
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, content formats, frequency, performance levers and optimization techniques
- Own content calendars, posting, boosting, optimization, and reporting
- Track performance at a post level (reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth, conversions)
- Continuously adapt to algorithm changes, platform updates, and new formats
- Manage and execute across all social media platforms for the brand
- Drive thought leadership, brand authority, and engagement, not vanity metrics
- Use insights to refine content themes, formats, timing, and distribution
This is a do-it-yourself role. You are expected to publish, analyze, and optimize personally.
Use of AI tools for (but not limited to):
- Content ideation & drafting (Gemini, ChatGPT, Jasper, Perplexity, Copy.ai)
ii. Social copy optimization
iii. Creative variations & video snippets (Canva, Midjourney, Firefly)
iv. Analytics summarization & insight extraction (Gemini, Brandwatch)

Required Skills & Experience
- 7 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing with strong hands-on ownership (thinker and a doer)
- Performance marketing and website coding will be an added advantage
- Mandatory hands-on experience with:
- Google Analytics & Adobe Analytics
- AEM content authoring
- Coding the entire HTML & CSS site from end to end.
- LinkedIn social media execution & reporting
- Strong analytical and reporting capability
- Experience using AI tools for content, creatives, analytics, and execution
- Ability to operate independently with a high ownership mindset
- Stakeholder management
- Someone with a “neck for getting things done”; proactive, resilient, and outcome focused
Educational Qualification
- MBA in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related field
- Digital Marketing / Analytics certifications are a plus
