Job Title: Marketing Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Marketing Manager to support our business with marketing operations, CRM management, and client communication. The ideal candidate must have excellent Canadian English communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while aligning closely with our business processes and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize CRM (Pipedrive preferred) for lead tracking and client communication
* Execute and oversee digital marketing and social media activities (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X)
* Handle email communications and campaigns with high-quality written English
* Upload and manage video content on YouTube
* Conduct outreach and follow-ups, including making phone calls to prospects and clients
* Create marketing materials using tools like Canva, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Maintain organized workflows, documentation, and reporting
* Collaborate with the team while also working independently and proactively
* Follow company processes and implement strategies as directed
Core Requirements
* Excellent Canadian English communication skills (verbal and written)
* Clear, neutral/weak accent for effective communication with Canadian clients
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Punctual, reliable, and professional in work setup and conduct
* Fast typing skills and ability to learn quickly
* Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive
* Ability to follow instructions and be coachable
* Strong work ethic with a genuine interest in contributing to business growth
Technical Skills
* Advanced proficiency in:
o MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
o Email communication tools
o Canva
* Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred)
* Active and experienced in managing:
o LinkedIn
o Facebook
o Instagram
o X (Twitter)
* Experience with YouTube video uploads and management

* Professional appearance and work environment (proper desk setup, good lighting)
* Ability to communicate effectively with Canadian prospects and clients
