What You’ll Do
🧲 Client Acquisition (VERY IMPORTANT)
* Visit local businesses (real estate, clinics, coaching centers, etc.)
* Pitch our services confidently
* Identify businesses with poor marketing and convert them into clients
* Build relationships and close deals
📈 Marketing Execution
* Run and manage Meta & Google Ads campaigns
* Create basic ad creatives using AI tools
* Set up and optimize lead generation funnels
* Track performance and improve results

What We’re Looking For
* 2–3 years experience in digital marketing OR sales (both is ideal)
* Strong communication and confidence in face-to-face meetings
* Ability to explain services in simple, convincing language
* Hands-on experience with ads or willingness to learn quickly
* Hungry, proactive, and result-driven mindset

Bonus (Big Advantage)
* Experience in field sales / client dealing
* Understanding of local Jammu market
* Experience with lead generation campaigns

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month + Incentives
