Digital Marketing Manager responsible for driving brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement across digital channels. Role focuses on planning and executing performance-driven marketing campaigns, improving online visibility, and optimizing digital strategies to support business growth.
This role requires strong strategic thinking, campaign execution capability, and the ability to manage multiple digital initiatives in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid, organic, and social channels
- Manage campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and online engagement initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data, ROI, and business objectives
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to develop marketing campaigns and assets
- Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media activities
- Track and analyze key performance metrics including traffic, conversions, engagement, and CAC
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new digital growth opportunities
- Maintain marketing dashboards, reports, and campaign performance insights
- Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing tools

Experience & Qualifications

- Experience working on D2C, SaaS, or technology-driven brands
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Exposure to performance marketing, content strategy, and marketing automation workflows
- Understanding of branding, customer funnels, and conversion optimization
