Performance Marketing Specialist responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and campaign performance across international markets through high-impact paid media strategies. Role focuses on managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns, optimizing conversion funnels, and scaling performance across D2C channels.
This role requires strong analytical capability, hands-on campaign management expertise, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Google Ads strategy and execution across Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns
- Manage and optimize high-budget campaigns across the USA, UK, and European markets
- Drive revenue growth by improving ROAS, CAC, and overall campaign performance
- Develop full-funnel PPC strategies including keyword targeting, audience segmentation, and remarketing workflows
- Create and optimize ad copy, creatives, and campaign structures for different audience segments
- Conduct A/B testing across bidding strategies, creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting
- Manage tracking, attribution, and reporting through GA4, Google Tag Manager, and related tools
- Collaborate with creative, product, and conversion optimization teams to improve funnel performance
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain performance dashboards, campaign reports, and actionable insights for stakeholders

- Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and campaign experimentation
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition roles
- Proven experience scaling D2C campaigns across international markets
Preferred Background
- Experience managing high-budget paid campaigns with measurable revenue outcomes
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar D2C platforms
- Understanding of SEO and broader digital acquisition strategies
- Exposure to international ecommerce or consumer-focused brands
