We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can move beyond campaign execution and think in terms of business impact. This role is about building a structured, performance-driven digital engine that drives visibility, leads, and measurable growth.
You will own the full digital funnel—from awareness to conversion—ensuring every effort ties back to clear outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels, landing pages, and conversion journeys
- Manage SEO, SEM, and organic growth initiatives to improve long-term visibility
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance (CAC, CPL, ROI, conversion rates)
- Work closely with content and design teams to ensure strong messaging and execution
- Manage marketing budgets with a clear focus on efficiency and scale
- Identify new channels, tools, and opportunities to improve reach and performance
What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in digital marketing with strong exposure to performance marketing
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth (leads, revenue, or user acquisition)
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and customer journeys
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to take quick, informed decisions
- Ability to balance strategy with execution
