Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing & SEO Lead will be responsible for building a scalable organic traffic strategy, driving qualified B2B lead generation, managing SEO, content, paid campaigns, and analytics while aligning digital strategy with revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities – SEO Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement enterprise-level SEO strategy
• Conduct keyword research (commercial and informational intent)
• Optimize website architecture and internal linking
• Lead technical SEO improvements (Core Web Vitals, schema, indexing)
• Manage backlink acquisition strategy
• Track rankings and organic performance
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:
• Design organic lead funnels
• Optimize landing pages for conversion
• Implement lead magnets and gated content strategy
• Coordinate CRM-based lead tracking and scoring
• Improve conversion rates through A/B testing
Content Strategy & Authority Building:
• Build industry-specific content clusters
• Develop thought leadership strategy
• Oversee blog, case studies, and whitepapers
• Align content with search intent and sales pipeline
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
• Manage Google Ads (Search & Display)
• Run LinkedIn Ads for B2B targeting
• Optimize campaign ROI and cost per lead
• Retarget website visitors
• Budget planning and performance optimization
Analytics & Reporting:
• Manage Google Analytics 4
• Track conversions and attribution models
• Build executive dashboards
• Present monthly performance reports to leadership
Required Skills & Experience:
• 3+ years experience in Digital Marketing & SEO
• Strong B2B marketing experience (research/consulting preferred)
• Deep understanding of technical SEO
• Experience managing paid campaigns (Google & LinkedIn)
• Experience with CRM systems (Zoho / HubSpot / Custom CRM)
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Digital Media
• Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, SEO preferred
