Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager role based in Pune. The Digital Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across search, social media, email, and other performance channels. Responsibilities include developing and refining digital marketing strategies, managing lead generation initiatives, and overseeing day-to-day campaign performance to meet growth and ROI targets. The role involves setting and monitoring KPIs, analyzing web analytics and campaign data, preparing performance reports, and recommending actionable improvements. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, coordinate content and creative needs, manage budgets, and stay current with industry trends and platform best practices to ensure BrandEar’s clients remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategy, with experience planning and managing integrated online campaigns.
- Hands-on expertise in Social Media Marketing across major platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram) to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Proven experience in Lead Generation, including creating funnels, optimizing landing pages, and managing performance-focused campaigns.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or similar) to track performance, derive insights, and guide decision-making.
- Ability to manage budgets, set KPIs, and report clearly on campaign performance and ROI to internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief, guide, and collaborate with creative and content teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a digital agency or performance marketing environment is preferred; certifications in major ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta) are a plus.
