🚀 Hiring: Digital Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing)
📍 Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office)
🕒 Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM | Monday – Saturday
AutoXperia is building a high-intent automotive discovery and appointment platform, and we are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who understands real performance marketing and media buying at scale.
🎯 Who We Are Looking For
We are NOT looking for a social media manager.
We are looking for someone who has:
✔ Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience
✔ Managed ₹10 Lakhs+ monthly ad budgets
✔ Proven track record in lead generation & performance campaigns
📊 Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute and scale paid campaigns across Publishers, Google, Meta & LinkedIn
• Manage and optimize ₹10L+ monthly ad spends
• Build and manage high-converting lead generation funnels
• Conduct advanced keyword research for Google Ads (search intent based)
• Optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting & campaign structure
• Track and improve CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
• Monitor website traffic and performance using analytics tools
• Run 360° campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn & WhatsApp funnels
• Continuously improve campaign performance beyond benchmarks
🧠 Skills Required
✔ Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search + Display)
✔ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
✔ Experience in LinkedIn Ads (B2B targeting preferred)
✔ Deep understanding of keyword strategy & bidding models
✔ Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
✔ Experience in high-intent lead generation campaigns
