About The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead and optimize our digital marketing initiatives for our high-end residential developments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive digital strategies, managing performance marketing campaigns, and ensuring seamless integration between digital platforms and our CRM systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in performance marketing, marketing automation, CRM integration, and digital analytics to generate high-quality leads and enhance overall campaign performance.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing, preferably within real estate, automotive, hospitality, or luxury brand sectors. Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems is essential. Candidates should demonstrate experience managing large advertising budgets, executing lead generation campaigns, and optimizing digital funnels for maximum conversions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with project sales objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach across all digital channels. Manage performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn, continually optimizing for better lead quality, conversions, and return on investment. Oversee paid advertising efforts including search, display, social media, and remarketing campaigns, monitoring key metrics like CPL and conversion rates to meet targets.
Implement and manage marketing automation systems, creating lead nurturing workflows, automated follow-ups, and integrating these processes with CRM platforms to ensure seamless lead management. Collaborate closely with CRM, sales, and pre-sales teams to improve lead funnel efficiency, lead routing, and follow-up procedures, enhancing overall conversion rates.
Manage the company's website and project microsites, ensuring they are optimized for lead capture and SEO performance. Regularly update and optimize landing pages, monitor SEO rankings, and improve organic traffic to support lead generation efforts. Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to track campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and recommend strategic adjustments.
Coordinate with external agencies, technology vendors, and creative teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns, landing pages, and automation workflows. Troubleshoot website issues, tracking errors, and integration challenges in collaboration with the technical teams to maintain smooth digital operations.
Monitor and enhance the lead-to-site visit conversion funnel by analyzing user behavior and implementing strategies to improve engagement and conversion. Ensure prompt lead follow-up, timely lead allocation, and effective communication with sales teams to maximize lead conversion potential.
