Position - Digital Marketing Manager (Performance & Lead Generation)
Exp- 3-5 + Years(hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing B2B lead generation campaigns at scale.) CTC Max 10 LPA Location - Mumbai
Roles and Responsiblities-
Full-Funnel Performance Strategy Multi-Channel Execution: Design and deploy sophisticated B2B lead-gen campaigns across LinkedIn (ABM focus), Google Search (High-intent), and Meta (Retargeting/Awareness). Media Buying & Budgeting: Manage a significant performance budget, optimizing for ROAS and aggressive CPL targets. Agency & Creator Management: Lead external creative and media agencies. You are the "Editor-in-Chief" ensuring all assets are on-brand, high-performing, and delivered on schedule. 2. Conversion Engineering & Lead Quality Lead-to-Revenue Alignment: Work closely with Sales to ensure MQLs meet strict SQL benchmarks. You aren't just looking for volume; you're looking for high-value contracts. The "Vibe" & Creative Strategy: Collaborate with designers to build landing pages and ad creatives that simplify the "Subscription vs. Purchase" value proposition. CRO Experiments: Run continuous A/B tests on lead forms, landing pages, and CTAs to squeeze every bit of efficiency out of the funnel. 3. Data Mastery & MarTech Closed-Loop Reporting: Maintain real-time dashboards in GA4 and the Zoho ecosystem to track the journey from "First Click" to "Contract Signed." Forecasting: Build data-driven projections for upcoming quarters, specifically for seasonal surges (e.g., Delhi/Mumbai summer launches). Platform Mastery: Expert-level command over LinkedIn Campaign Manager (ABM, Lead Gen Forms) and Google Ads (Search/Display). Analytical Stack: Proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager is mandatory. Experience with Zoho CRM/Marketing Automation is a significant plus. Creative Instinct: You know a winning ad when you see it and can write compelling, benefit-driven B2B copy.
