Role Description
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/PPC, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet organisational goals.
- Generate monthly reports on our marketing campaign’s performance.
- Optimize website and social media channels for SEO.
- Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc.
- Increase qualified marketing leads and conversion rates for the sales team.
- Work within the allotted budget for paid digital and social media campaigns like Google AdWords, Facebook, twitter etc.
- Time to time replies on customer feedback to improve overall rating on digital and social media platforms and facilitate the sales team for the required action.
- Update content on website as and when required through CMS.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Strong background in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies.
- Experience with Web Analytics to monitor, evaluate and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
- Strategic mindset with a proven ability to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and platforms is a plus.
