Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Campaign Management
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn
• Manage high-budget campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions
• Improve performance through A/B testing and optimization
Brand & Digital Strategy
• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies
• Drive brand positioning and growth across digital platforms
• Align campaigns with business goals
Analytics & Reporting
• Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics and other tools
• Generate insights and performance reports
• Maintain dashboards for campaign tracking
Content & Funnel Optimization
• Collaborate with teams to create high-converting creatives
• Optimize customer journeys and funnels
• Ensure consistent brand messaging
Team & Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate with teams, agencies, and vendors
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Present performance insights to leadership
Requirements
• 4+ years in digital marketing (performance-focused)
• Experience managing high-budget campaigns
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• Strong understanding of tracking, pixels, and attribution
• Analytical mindset and communication skills
