We specialize in AI-driven healthcare orchestration, and we need a Marketing Manager who views marketing as a high-performance engine rather than a series of manual tasks. The Role
As our Marketing Manager, you won’t just manage a lifecycle; you will own it. From the first touchpoint of lead generation to the final stage of customer advocacy, you will design, build, and optimize the entire journey.
We are looking for a hybrid professional: a strategic thinker who understands brand positioning, and a technical "doer" who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty in Python, Zapier, or API documentation to make sure our systems talk to each other.
This is a 100% in-office position in our Bengaluru office. You will work during US business hours (night shift) to support our core North American client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Lifecycle Ownership: Design and execute the full-funnel marketing strategy (Demand Gen, Content, Lead Scoring, and Retention).
- Automation Infrastructure: Build and maintain sophisticated automation workflows that eliminate manual data entry and ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
- Performance Engineering: Track every dollar spent. You’ll be responsible for setting up the attribution models and dashboards that tell us what’s working and why.
- Content & Campaign Orchestration: Lead the creation of high-impact campaigns, ensuring they are distributed via automated sequences and personalized triggers.
- Tech Stack Management: Act as the administrator for our MarTech stack (CRM, Email, Analytics, Social). If a tool doesn’t integrate, you find a way to make it happen.
Who You Are
- Automation-First Mindset: Your first instinct when faced with a repetitive task is to automate it. You prefer a scalable script over a manual spreadsheet any day.
- Technically Hands-On: You are comfortable writing logic. Whether it’s building custom webhooks, configuring advanced HubSpot/Salesforce workflows, or writing basic scripts to transform data, you enjoy the "build."
- Data-Driven: You don’t make decisions based on "vibes." You use A/B testing, cohort analysis, and conversion data to steer the ship.
- Strategic Communicator: You can translate complex technical products into compelling value propositions for our target audience.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B Marketing (SaaS or Healthcare tech preferred).
- Proven track record of building complex marketing automation (Zapier, Make, HubSpot, or similar).
- Experience with SEO/SEM, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM architecture.
- Basic proficiency in a scripting language (like Python or JavaScript) or an advanced mastery of "No-Code" logic is a major plus.
