Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in bringing our digital vision to life. Under their guidance, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our day-to-day digital marketing operations.
You will sit at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and innovation by leveraging modern AI tools alongside traditional campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, email, and content marketing. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, as well as our design and sales teams, you will ensure a cohesive brand voice and optimize our digital footprint to generate high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Work under the direction of the Senior Marketing Manager to plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- AI & Automation: Actively utilize and integrate AI marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google AI Studio, Claude or AI-driven analytics) to optimize content creation, personalize customer journeys, and streamline marketing workflows.
- Social Media Management: Oversee Alpha Dezine’s and our clients social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), crafting engaging content calendars and growing our community presence.
- Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, presenting actionable insights to the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Lead Generation: Develop and optimize inbound marketing strategies and funnel conversions to drive qualified leads to the sales team.
- Content Collaboration: Collaborate with internal designers to produce high-quality, conversion-focused landing pages, ad creatives, and promotional materials.
- Budget Management: Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in allocating and tracking digital marketing budgets across various paid channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to maximize cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
- Market Research: Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry to provide the marketing leadership team with recommendations for emerging platforms and AI advancements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a B2B, tech, or agency environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Technical & AI Proficiency: Solid experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms. Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and a strong grasp of how to leverage AI for marketing efficiency is highly preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Agility: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, take direction well, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic, forward-thinking work environment.
